| Working out for most of her adult life and a self-confessed class junkie, Glena is a popular well known member of gym and always to be found at the front of each class
Having won my annual prize draw for 1- personal training sessions, within 2 weeks Glena was surprised to notice the increased fitness and strength and within 4 weeks the other girls were starting to comment upon the changes taking place in her body.
After the sessions with an 8% less body fat, Glena has incorporated my programme in and around the studio classes she enjoys.

Mark
Sitting driving around London town having polite knowledgeable conversations with his fare is exactly what Mark wanted to do in life. What he hadn’t bargained for was the late night eating and the amount of "on the go food" that had increased the size of his stomach to sit on his lap when driving.
His teenage sons forever getting taller, who was the top dog in the household? Survival of the fittest, was Marks motivation "I think I’d at least hit him once he’d know about it, but I’m not sure what would happen after that".
With 6 weeks gone and his wife commenting on how well he was looking “almost as good as the old days” his young 6 year old being enthralled by the new look muscles Mark was brandishing, "Dad let me hang off your arms again".
Mark had to show his son a few of the old school boxing moves a quick one two and a dig to the ribs. 12 weeks on a new found fitness and confidence ensures everyone knows who the top dog is!

Pamela |

| As an ex-Personal trainer Pamela had been fit for most of her adult life. However a career change to teaching made the motivation to train hard as in the earlier years difficult to maintain. Pamela tried a taster session with me, and she was hooked again.
Weights, Skipping, Boxing and Kickboxing were a major part of her workout routine, and you’ll never see a more well behaved classroom!

| Totally fed up of avoiding the mirror, her bum spilling over office desk chairs Glenda decided enough was enough, that a major overhaul of her body needed to take place. A two-pronged attack, a serious diet and exercise course of therapy was about to start.
Glenda hit the rowing machine like a woman possessed, maintained a self-imposed strict diet regime with a “Terminator” style determination, not to be swayed by anyone or anything.
A massive weight and size loss she was able to wave her old self away “Al la vista baby!” |

Jonathan
The shock realization that his whole wardrobe was too tight drove Jonathan quickly to the gym, dedicating 3 times a week out of his fairly hectic schedule to train.
3 weeks later he had to take more time out of his schedule... to buy a new wardrobe, everything was now too big!

Amanda
Working away from home and only able to see her boyfriend every 3 weeks, Amanda wanted to look her very best for his next visit. In addition she’d spent £700.00 on a gorgeous pair of leather trousers she couldn’t get into anymore, too much of a waste of money for a good northern lass to stand for.
The boyfriend called to work abroad, meant an even longer separation period.. On his return Amanda was back in the leathers, looking gorgeous, and let’s just say, he started ensuring he saw Amanda on a more regular basis!
