Evuan was already a seasoned senior world class competitor, training at Lee Valley Athletics Club, but age and arthiritis were beginning to take their toll on remaining consistently at her best.

She started training with me months before her 70th birthday we embarked on a training schedule including my deep tissue massage to ease daily pain, enabling her to achieve her seasons best throws At the next Senior World Championships held in Helsinki, 3 Golds, 2 Silvers, Evuan had also beaten an opponent she had previously never beaten and set a new senior record set!

Darren

A Champion sprinter in his earlier years, Darren wanted to re-capture the spirit of his youth and run 100 metres in under 11 seconds.

Now classed as a senior sprinter, studying law with the normal toils of daily living Darren did not have the same amount of free-time and the young pretenders were consistently over taking him in practice. It was not only the fact that they passed him that dented his pride, it was that they did so with a smirk on their faces.

After training with me for 8 weeks he participated in his local athletic club derby, not only did he come first and equal his record, the young pretenders are smirking no longer!
