Definition and gaining size were the main goals, but soon after Justin started training he realized both strength and fitness had increased substantially, this was bourne out by the fact that his cycling time into work had been reduced from 25 min to 20 mins.

Also a regular squash player his piers playing the same league, had all noted how much harder he was hitting the ball this manifested itself when Justin beat them each 3-0 in the next league game to move up a league.

Justin has since moved up a further 4 leagues!
