Deborah a keen runner would run from Leyton to Central London (10 miles).

Following her first 5 weeks of training she found that she was reaching her destination 10 minutes earlier on a daily basis.

Her main aim for Personal Training with me was to run a sub 45 minute 10k, which she managed to easily achieve.

Stephen

Prior to training, Stephen had been running 10k with his ‘very fit mate’ who always beat him easily.

After 4 months training and running his latest half marathon Stephen found himself waiting for his friend, and still achieving a Personal best.

He is now considering ditching his mate for the next run!

Heidi

Having once been one of Finlands Champion Cross country Skiers, Heidi had been through training regimes of the highest caliber. A definite keep fit fanatic!

Heidi had taken up the regular pursuit of running, the competitive spirit still alive in her veins, she eventually started competing in Marathons.

After several Marathons her best time of 4hrs 21min at Londons premier event. Her aim was to shave 5 maybe 10 minutes off her time.

With 4 months until Londons next Marathon, Heidi was pleasantly surprised when she came in 3hrs 51minutes a full half hour off of her previous best!

On her return to visit her mother for her holiday she found she was skiing faster, for longer as well as dropping a dress size from Size 8 to Size 6. Some would call it SIZE ZERO!
