Chris

Chris a keen football and rugby player was known to his team mates as “the man that always falls down”, a recent injury was exacerbating the problem, preventing him from playing at his best.

My professional advice was sought, Chris, playing rugby in the “Veterans” league almost had me believing he was fast approaching his sporting career death bed. Age no excuse I tell him, particularly as he is the same age as me.

Instead we look at the pro’s and cons of his sporting ability – Chris is relatively fast, experienced and strong, BUT HE FALLS DOWN. Action- A few weeks of Speed, Agility and Quickness training – Results- a much improved performance!

On the rugby pitch – players trying to intercept the ball could not reach Chris – his new found speed meant they were crashing behind him.

Chris played an important role in transforming his rugby and football teams to winning ways, and is now being considered for First team rugby. The veteran has gone, the strong player has reappeared – and he no longer falls down!

Nick

Nicks presence and stature was always noted when ever he was in the gym. His superior exercise knowledge showing through with each intricate high intensity exercise achieved. Week-in-week-out without fail, the same complex routine. What was he trying to achieve? A better all round performance on the rugby pitch.

TIME FOR CHANGE, STEP IN FREDDIE!!

A targeted programme was designed for his on the pitch performance incorporating Speed, Agility and Quickness training (SAQ), Muscle Strength and Endurance (MSE), and Body Conditioning work. The lads noted the difference in performance and so did the opposition.

Nick’s overall fitness went up, his body fat came down, a lean mean rugby machine, they became Champions of their league!
