Jacqueline was a successful school netball player. Many years later, following the birth of her baby she was playing B team league netball but was finding it hard to make all the team training sessions and feeling that she was not performing to her best.

We worked on a reaction training programme, increasing speed and agility. Jacqueline soon markedly improved her interception rate, stamina and scoring record.
