David was a regular golfer who started training with me to improve his par. His specific goal was to take two shots off. We started a total body conditioning programme to strengthen the main muscle groups involved, in particular paying attention to shoulders, waist and legs so that his strength, suppleness and flexibility increased considerably.
He noticed his first improvement through hitting a drive up a hill that he had never managed to do previously, an increase of some 30 yards. He went on to play the best rounds of golf in his 10+ year history taking 5 shots off his average carded score and is now winning club tournaments |
