ABOUT FREDDIE
I trained at YMCA fit. I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years which followed a long and passionate involvement in various sports on a personal basis.
As an adult I concentrated on contact sports - Boxing, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing and Shen Chi do at a Full contact competitive level. I became the World Shen Chi Do Champion for 3 years as well as twice achieving a silver medal at the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO) British Championships.
I pride myself on my ability to sculpt a clients’ body as an artist would create a masterpiece, and get people to achieve ultimate fitness level each client being a special project, each person a masterpiece in their own right.
My enthusiasm for sports (and my highly competitive spirit!) has encouraged me to widen my training system to local primary schools and youth teams training the stars of the future aiming for 2012 – Watch this space!

APPROACH TO TRAINING
Through all the different sports I have trained for and played, I have observed and explored the many ways and formats to train. I have taken what I have found to be the very best methods and applied them in combination with the technical and physiological academic knowledge to achieve my dynamic results.
NUTRITION
Any change in your body whether its increased tone, fat or weight reduction will typically combine diet and exercise.
Simply Freddie provides the nutritional advice to help attain your goals. I don’t believe in fads, strict elimination diets, or a heavy reliance on supplement and pills.
What I advocate is an approach that can fit in with your lifestyle and importantly can be maintained on a lifelong basis.

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY
I am a sports massage therapist trained at the North London School of Sports Massage (http://www.nlssm.com/) with considerable practical experience of massage. Over the last 4 years I have successfully treated many clients leading to my reputation as Freddie “with the magic hands!”
Working and training bodies each day, coupled with my own personal journey of training injuries enhances my ability to determine, treat and rehabilitate soft tissue injuries whether these are acute sporting related injuries or chronic day-to-day pains such as headaches and back pains.
I understand the importance of giving clients the ability to listen and understand their individual pain and injury, having the capability of knowing when to work through or when to stop and seek professional intervention.
BODY BEAUTIFUL/BODY FUNCTIONAL
I assess a persons needs based on simple concepts with regards what that individual should want from their training, simply put people want to be functionally good at something or they want to look good. Body functional or Body beautiful.
With each client I aim to get a good balance of both, concentrating on the clients specific requirement and priority. This individually tailors each programme. This means you can look good and be fit!
There is no easy pill - there are no short cuts – just hard work!!
